I kinda disagree with the avatar item thing. I agree that there's a lot of avatar items and all with very little information (so the sooner we record what little info there is, the better), but a big page with all items is inefficient and bad user experience for anyone who wants to look for a singular item. (Loading a giant page with all items is cumbersome depending on different internet speeds)

What I was thinking is each item gets its own page (and IF needed, multiple colorations of a single item can go on its own page (ie all Ladybug Staves on one page)). And then there'd be pages dedicated to lists of each category breakdown (ie page of all Spring Festival 2017 items, then it can break down further into lists of helds, outfits, backs, heads, etc).
It's easier to have those lists in a table/chart per page displaying all the information, then in each listing of an item there would be a link to that individual page.
We can popular each avatar page with how it looks on each avatar base, information of which boss it comes from or price from the shop, etc. It doesn't need to be too filled with information.

As for your second question, I was thinking more along the lines of the 2nd choice. 3rd person passive wording like, "_____ drops from the boss _____ in the Spring Festival 2017 Zone, Astryl's Meadow." Something like that with the item as the subject of the sentence (it drops from.../Staff of X drops from...) instead of a person (The player can find this from...)

It sounds weird without visuals, but the next part that I'd want to tackle with the wiki is finding the right templates to copy and use with our wikia. o: Which I'd like to do later on this weekend, admittedly, just because the festival leaderboards are happening right now aha.

Oh okay then. But I think that some pages can merge with other ones for example, the avatar wings and backs. there's literally only 1-2 items for exploration and merchant.

It's much easier to set up for the long term for each item to have its own page, then construct charts for each category listing those links.

And even then, I think backs and wings should have their own pages. If I'm looking at a list for wings, I don't want to have to load the list of backs on the same page.
That's my preference, and if wikia doesn't have a limit on how many pages it can have, I'd rather everything have its own page with no need for merging regardless of size.

I think every holiday event (every festival for every year, separated by year) should have its own page and every monthly set should have its own page, and then those pages would have their own tables listing out the items that correspond to each page.

For context, these are the kinds of tables that I'd like to have and use as a template to follow:

So for each Holiday Event (such as Spring Festival 2017), there would be body text describing the features, links to pages describing each feature (a page describing Gardening, a page describing Contests, etc), and then maybe a link to a page for Spring Festival 2017 avatar items, and then on that page would be different tables per avatar category (a table for heads, a table for outfits, a table for helds, etc all on the same page) listing all the items, a picture of their thumbnail, a link to their unique page, what they drop from/are obtainable for, and other boxes that help for sorting.

I'm not sure how tables work, and it'd be nice if I could find a template to copy and paste for easy fill-ins, but I'd like to wait until leaderboards are done to go searching for a code snippet for em.

As for the unique pages, how you're populating them like the Sunburst Nebula Wing page is fine for now, thank you! o:
