Inspired by Mr. Dark, the main villain of Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes.
He is also known as "The Illustrated Man" because of the mystical tattoos that cover his body.

The Ghostly Rose:
The Inspiration for this lovely girl is what I call a "Ghost Rose." To me, these roses mean a lot because I received one from a friend not long after my cat, Lily, died. The fact that the Ryori looks kinda cat-like made it the perfect symbol for Lily, and is what made me love Ryoris so much.

My inspiration~ When the night falls, when the sun sets, and the ocean waves are all the living know, the last caress of sunlight on water, or light in clouds, fills the sky with pinks and yellows, trembling on the edge of black and midnight blue. The winds toss up sand and fallen leaves, scattering them across the road, and the first stars twinkle at the edge of the blue.

Inspiration: Where I live, it's usually humid and warm at night, which is uncomfortable enough on its own, but also the best weather for insects like mosquitoes to thrive in. Once autumn comes swinging in with the end of hurricane season, we get nice breezes and cooler temperatures, both day and night. Less humidity, less heat, and less insects all around. It's the perfect weather for stargazing when the sky is clear, and always one of the first things I think of when the summer is ending. (the light pollution nearby leaves the sky a lovely blue, rather than pitch black, but the stars are still visible, thankfully!)
Here is one of my ryori's for the designing of the three ryori's .

Nox
Nox, the shadow Ryori. He represent the night getting longer and the day, shorter. He also represent how hard this time can be. It can be fatal for some animal if they are not well prepare...
