The bird was flying high above, going fast. it wouldn't be able to hear you, plus it was further ahead. The mist was getting denser and you soon lost sight of it, even unable to see behind you. The snow'd stopped falling but the rumbles underneath your feet were getting stronger.

Pans eyes widenned and then she nodded her head, shoulder hunched as she stared down at the ice, "F-Fireflies.." she mumbled.

I take shelter in the biggest nearby crevice I could find and listen to the howling wind, I decide it might take a while so I try to position myself comfortably before resting my head on my paws and shutting my eyes (not that it makes a difference). I try to fall asleep.

You couldn't see properly but after it stopped and the valley seemed to have widened as far as you could see it. The cave offered only shelter to the wind and already had snow in it. Your clothes were keeping you reasonably warm for now. It was just as cold as with your feathers. The way was still foggy and snow occasionally tumbled down.

" What about them?" Katana whispered sensing Pans' tension. This place as eerie, and she really didn't want to stay much longer. She sniffed the air for any fresh from among the musk

I wrap my hands around my body even more, shivering as I made my way into the cave. If it was cold, that was fine. As long as I could shelter and pass the storm, I'd be happy. I look around, then dig a hole in the snow and snuggle in, waiting for my body heat to make it warm.

You turned into a human and had paws, so narrator doesn't question. The cold seeped into your skin, you couldn't manage to sleep but your eyes were drowsy.

I shiver (also ain't I blind lol how do I know if they close :p) and force them open I can't fall asleep not in the cold it's a bad sign right? I try to shift back into my animal form, perhaps the fur would keep me warm?

Her tail lay flat and Pan shook her head, "N-Nothing" she looked to the side, embarrassment coming off of her in waves. They were lighting up the area, but it'd got seemingly darker since one of them at died.
