The grass is tall and amber like for miles on end and a soft warm breeze is blowing. A young Nixi sits atop a bouulder just a few yards away and seems to be waiting for something, or someone, her tail wagging happily.

Atropos silently made her way up to the nixi. "Hello, child of the upper world." She greeted in her own weird way. "You smell of sunlight. What is it that you await?" Atropos tilted her head, watching the nixi for any reaction. Why she was here, she didn't know. Atropos remembered leaving her forest and mentor, coming out to explore the world, but now, she met another one of the 'normal' ones.

She was happy that she found a source of water, something that she loved the most, but she wanted to explore the forest as well. First, however, she wanted to take a dip in the water. She slowly stepped into the river. the water warm and clear though you could see no fish or any other animals for that matter

Fauna was slightly disappointed. She wanted to catch some fish, yet there wasn't anything in the water. She stepped out of the river, shaking herself. She towards the forest. She wanted to explore it, yet...

"I don' have any supplies. Perhaps I should explore other places first?" Fauna said to herself.

She started heading South.
