Your father looked over his shoulder, then saw the look on your face, "Whats wrong, poppet? Do you feel sick?" he asked, heading over, still with wet hands.
You went outside and everything was pretty quiet, the occasional person walked past on your street of houses. you couldn't see the marketplace from where you lived, but could hear the usual chattering coming from it. There were no parades going on at the current time.
Your brother grabbed two bows, putting them over his shoulder before standing beside you, Marie still on his hip and being held by him. He grinned, "So you heading off to see the big, wide world or.. you gonna come on a hunting trip with us?"
"I'll go hunting!" I say enthusiastically. "And then maybe I'll go."

He smiled and Marie clapped her hand "Yay! Big sisters coming" she chirped. He smiled and chuckled at your little sisters enthusiasm. "Alright, lets go on foot. I don't want to ride a horse. And, since it's two of us and a little fledgling" he tapped Maries nose teasingly, "We don't need an escort."
He started walking down the street, heading down smaller roads rather than passing through the centre to get to an exit. Soon you were out of the town and into the forest, the dirt path in front of you well walked and tracks from carts showing. He looked around for where to start and Marie finally jumped off his hip, darting off in a random direction into the trees.
Your older brother started giving chase, "Hey! Come back here or you'll disturb the prey" he was laughing though, showing he perhaps wasn't taking it too seriously. It was spring and food was plentiful. Hericon people never took more than they needed, after all.

"I might go to school, or maybe I'll stay here and watch. I can't decide which one is better. I mean this is new, but school is so interesting and I don't want to miss anything. But I might never be able to see the effects of this water ever again if I go to school" she debated indecisively.
