Clearly this guy is overestimating how much Reuvan knows about orchestra xD Was the 'I don't belong here' not enough Jay?? xD Also on a scale of 1-10 how well am I playing Reuvans personality? Is he too emotional for his description? Idk read his personality again and 1-10 please xD because I feel like im missing smth. Also you play your characters very well, you've used them alot right? You can really tell with how obvious there different personalities are and how Jay and Akio seem to work like a well oiled machine]

I sat with my legs crossed, setting the cello on my knees. Everybody was still distracted by the murder....

Maybe I should have been freaked out, but seeing as I was fairly certain that I'd only talked to about 3 people the whole time I'd been here.....

Well I was fairly certain no one was after me. And supposing the latter...well I only knew Zen, he'd be fine without me anyway.

I unlatched the cello case, curious to see what was actually in it. Other than a cello of course.

(I was in RPG mode and almost responded like a narrator.)
(Jay is kinda oblivious to hints xD Hmm, you're doing awesome, I'd give ya a 8.5/10, maybe make him more... edgy? Eviler? Like right now he just sounds more annoyed than, like, sketchy. Oh geez thanks, Akio is one of my oldest OCs but I've only used Jay like twice in RPs.)

The bell ring, an earsplitting diiiing! almost as irritating as his Akio-improved alarm clock. Jay wasn't sure he would be able to take it if the bell started screaming "DING" in Akio's voice.

Great. An entire hour of doing nothing but freaking out. Why had he bothered to unpack his violin, anyways? At least now he had the whole day to hang out and maybe stop Akio from blowing things up. Providing he didn't get... murdered first. Was he supposed to be taking this more seriously? This was the biggest thing that had ever hwppened here, and it seemed... A little unrealistic.

[Thanks. And yeah abt/ the neutral evil thing, I think now that ive settled into his character more he's just 'neutral' like if he saw someone stealing smth ehhh if he saw a murder? probably tell someone. And I feel like he'd rather give his own life than have Zen be killed. So yeah, he's unsympathetic to other people but loyal to the few he knows to a point of irrationality. He will steal and do general bad things ex. vandalizing the schoolbooks with vulgar pictures. But he won't if he doesn't feel like it. And like with the trophy situation he does have his own set of morals and will do things people would categorize as 'good' like cleaning or helping put stuff up etc. And I was trying to make him seem sketchy earlier xD With how all the students were thinking that one of them could be the murder than CRASH oh wait theres this new guy! is he the murder??? But Jay is so oblivious xD]

I flinched at the bell, only get a glimpse of what was in the case before I was hastily latching it closed again. I'd discuss it with Zen later. I got up, hugging the cello to my body instead of holding it by its handle. This way I could weave through the students quicker.


Maybe I should ask if classes would be suspended for the day...
The instructor was completely distracted by the phone.


So I just left.

The hall was much colder than the music room...

(Hmm, I feel like that would be more chaotic neutral or chaotic good rather than neutral. Also I'm at a party so responses will be infrequent.)

Jay chose to ignore the door and again jumped out of the window, this time his destination was the workshop. Sure enough, Akio was working on... Something. Judging by the scotch marks on the walls and floor, he'd probably set something on fire or blown something up.

"Oi!" he yelled as he alighted on the windowsill. "Did you hear about the-" he drew a finger across his throat.

Akio brushed his bangs out of his eyes. "So, that's what everyone is panicking about?"

Jay threw his hands in the air. "The school could be blown up and you'd be too busy working on building a giant catapult to notice.

[wow how inconsiderate Jay xD And yeah maybe chaotic neutral]

I slinked down the halls as fast I could without actually running. I few people gave me nasty looks as I squeezed through their whole friend group while just trying to get down the hall. They could have just followed eachother like a line instead of clogging up the whole hallway.

I hoped one of the fancy moose heads hanging from the wall bit one of them as they went by. I shimmied down the familiar hallway, with a sign saying "Spells" hanging from the wall. I got there just as they let out.

(What was?)

Akio beamed. "Well, it's a lot more complicated than a catapult."
He started to explain a bunch of engineering stuff that Jai didn't understand one bit.

"And then I neutralized the... Then it spontaneously combusted..."

Jay pretended he was listening. "Uh-huh."

"Bruh, are we going to ignore the fact that someone died today?"

Akio's head shot up. "Wait what?!"

"I said murder."

"Oh, I thought you said... never mind, I wasn't paying attention."

[The slit throat gesture xD How rude to the now dead student]

I eyed everyone who walked out the door of Spell class. They eyed me back, clearly everyone still remembered me. When Zen walked through the door, laughing along with the teacher about something (teachers pet.), I tapped his shoulder.

The teacher glared at me nastily as Zen said a hasty goodbye and turned to follow me.

I didn't walk far, just far enough down the hall that we were out of earshot.

"I'm assuming you heard about the murder." I stated

(Aha well he's chaotic for a reason)

(Sure.)
A booming voice comes from the speakers, "Due to an unforseen incident, all classes willbe canceled for today. We ask that studenrs remain in their rooms for their safety."

Not much help if someone's roommate is the murderer, thougut Jay, and glanced at Akio. He didn't look like a murderer, but then you could nver be sure...

Akio threw his wrench down in frustration, "Ugh, now I won't be able to finish thie project! I was so close, even if it blows up again it would still be worth it."

Jay raised an eyebrow, "Well, who's going to make us stay inside?"
