Kaida flattened her ears instinctively at the stuffed heads clutching tighter to her brothers sleeve as she tucked her tail she was frightened not only by the mounted animals, but she we also nervous with the combination of close space filled with a great number of people.

Orion pulled his sister close with a protective hand, moving them both to have their backs against a wall. *I wonder why there were so many people traveling, and why they all ended up here...* he murmured to Kaida, glancing around suspiciously and trying to keep from looking at the poor stuffed creatures.

Kaida held her tail with both hands as she inched closed to her brother Looking around. it took a moment for her to respond to his question " W-well..... They are trying to move on.... like us" she said shakily her hands trembling

Shavan, lacking in better ideas and having no motherly experience, simply pulled the girl into her chest with a comforting embrace.

Noticing her nervousness, but not really having the human or social experiences to deal with it much, he simply continued the conversation. *But this many right at this time? There were around 15 travellers sheltering from the storm. Some may be coming into the capital from a small village, others may be going to a small village, who knows?
