Daniel looked at Chase. "Sorry for what? You didn't do anything back there." He looked up at the sky, squinting. "I couldn't power down. The fire wouldn't go away. I had to let it go, so I came out here. I really don't want to hurt anyone." Seeing Chase wiping his eyes, Daniel offered him an old and frayed but clean cloth napkin from his pocket. "You alright?"

Chase

He accepted the napkin.

"No, I am not alright. I wish Chief was here, I wish that he was here to handle the situation better than I had." Chase used the napkin to dry his tears.

"Most of all, I wish I had warned you of Dally's temper. She gets mad if I nearly get hurt, even if it was my own fault."

Chase continued to cry, crying because Chief wasn't there and crying because he had made similar mistakes, mistakes like trusting a relative of a villain.

Daniel put his arm around Chase's shoulders. "I think it went well, considering the blunders everybody made. You know, I wish Barn had been there to tell Theda off, and I wish I hadn't nearly blasted the entire building to ashes, and I wish Uncle Clint was here, and I wish I knew what happened to all of them- Barn, Lydia, the boys, the Three. I wish, but that doesn't change what is. We avoided people dying, and no one was hurt, and sure, maybe some feelings were hurt, but time usually helps that. All in all, I'd say we did good." He squeezed just a little in a one armed hug, meant for comfort and reassurance.

Chase

Chase smiled a little. He felt a bit better than he had, but there was a question he wanted to ask.

"Daniel," he said, "out of the four of us: Dally, Theda, Monika, and I, who do you think is the most sane? Please answer honestly, as I would not be offended if you do not say that I am." Chase, then, used the arm closest to Daniel to return the said one arm hug.

Theda

Monika was crying. Dally just called her a liar (although she's asleep now) and Chase ran outside. What had just happened?

Kit and Malory saw Monika crying, Kit frowned and walked over to her, "Are you ok? Are you hurt?" she asked gently.

Kind!Monika

"I'm *sniffle* fine," Monika whispered. "Don't worry about me."

She looked over at Theda. Theda looked... confused.

Kit frowned not exactly buying it, she nodded and walked back over to Malory.

"The most sane..." Daniel pondered that for a minute. Theda had just had some sort of homicidal seizure, Monika was a computer program that could read minds, Dally had anger issues, and Chase was schizophrenic.
"Well, you're all crazy, but probably either... you or Dally. You both seem the closest to human I've met so far." Daniel sighed. "Honestly, though, I think no one here's exactly in their right mind."

(Im so glad to be back, il probably be on daily :D il have to tell you some changes i made to the design and such, but the encounters they had still happened. Unfortunately im lazy and havent drawn their new designs so il explain. Also its just the hair on this person nothin else. The hair is brown as well as the eyes, which you can see now. He is wearing overalls with a yellow and orange striped sweater. Brown boots. Chara has overalls too but with light green and yellow stripes and the same hairstyle. Chara's hair is slightly lighter than Frisk's. Ok now that thats done, heres my reply.)

Frisk smiled and took her hand, pressing the button. It felt like falling, it was almost made Frisk sick to his stomach. They landed on the ground, knocking the wind from them. Frisk fell on (forgot her name ^^' been a while) he scrambled off of her quickly. "S-sorry" he exclaimed and held out his hand to help her up. The ceiling of the underground brandished sharp spikes, of course they wouldn't cause a problem since they were so high up. The ground was mostly dirt with a few patches of grass here and there, there were pine trees surrounding the area aswell. Frisk expected Chara to remark on the fall but she stayed silent.
