-- Deep Space Contest --
Hey all! bringing back the monthly contest! So for the last week of June we will be holding a mini contest! For this contest you must make a design based around something in deep space. This contest will run from now to July 1st (as said, a mini contest)

So now for the rules:
1. As many designs as you want
2. You may ask for critique
3. Must include a reference photo and a small summery of your chosen space objects
4. Must include male and female
5. Size must be 250
6. Must ping me

Prize:
30k

Example
55 Cancri e

(Photo above taken by the Hubble)
Cancri is nicknamed 'The Planet from Hell'. The planet is covered in half magma and one half of it is always in a perpetual night. It is carbon based and known as a 'diamond' world, a planet covered in diamonds. The magma side reaches 4,530F while the night side is only slightly cooler, and always a sightless dark. Scientists can't tell how it is so hot, as outside sources wouldn't heat it up that much so a mysterious heat must be coming from inside the planet.

Pulsars are neutron stars that emit radioactive beams out of their poles. These beams are the reason we can see them; as the beam is pointed toward Earth. Pulsars, like most neutron stars, are small for star standards. However, they are extremely dense!

Did you know that 1 teaspoon of a neutron star weighs about 10 MILLION TONS?!

Space Spider
The Tarantula Nebula is a spectacular formation named for its spidery shape. Home to half a million young stars, it is 170,000 light years from Earth, and in fact lies outside of the Milky Way altogether. It is instead part of the Large Magellanic Cloud, a small, satellite galaxy that circles our own.
