These buds are covered in fur.

Can't get much more "just starting to grow" than still sprouting out of the acorn.

There is a bumble bee on the right hand side about half way down.

A squirrel beat me to it, but walnuts are edible.

I'm guessing one of my cousin's kids colored this.

A flagpole.

I went for a walk on the park and took some pictures. Sorry if they're too dark, it's cloudy today.

1. Find something that is red.
This was the only red rose in the rose garden.



2. Find a yellow flower.
There were a lot of yellow roses but they were too pale and I was afraid that they'd look white in the pictures.



3. Find an animal nest.
I know it's a bit hard to see but I promise there is a bird nest there.

This dog is hairier than it looks but the picture came out too blurry to show it properly.

The water from the fountain counts as translucent, right?

The dog moved right when I took the picture and then ran away so this is the best I could do.

This path is so bumpy that people usually walk around it rather than on it.

This plant has green, yellow, brown, red and purple leaves.

I tried for a long time to take a picture of a bird flying, but apparently I'm too slow.

At first I planned to use this picture for the next item but then I realized that it wasn't an empty wrapper, the candy was still inside.

All the trees in the park are taller than me, but this is one of the tallest.

My poor little swingset. It has been many years since it has seen any use, let alone been safe to use haha.

The weather has suddenly become really hot where I live, so I had to bring in some of my herb garden that prefers cooler temperatures: mint, parsley, lemon grass and oregano. Yummy!

The pine trees in my backyard have always been taller than me, but now they are taller than even my house haha. If it's any guide of referance, that's the swing set between the pines, and the basketball hoop is 15 feet away from them.

The chickadees have nested in this birdhouse for so long that some of their nesting, including a feather, is slipping through the wood panels.

Hello little buggy!

I made a big boo boo! I have all my scavenger pictures with my username on it, but not the date. My phone should have the date the picture was taken, would I be able to just say "oh this was taken 2015/05/07" I made my sign on my bus ride home a few days ago, not realizing I needed a date!

I could clarify where pictures were taken to ensure you it was really me taking them?
for example " Here is a picture of my dog (name) she is x months old and x pounds she is x breed. She is sitting on my back porch giving me sass this photo was taken on 2015/05/08"

Is there any way to show the date from your phone?

I have to upload any pictures I take onto the computer from a phone, and then onto my facebook which it doesn't like to do, so these took quite a while to get on here. Sorry.

I didn't see when I took these that I needed to have the date written on the sign along with my name! Then I thought I would be ok because on my camera the dates were all written on the bottom corner of the pictures. Real life has kept me quite busy so I wasn't able to load the pictures to my computer until late last night/early today and when I looked at the pictures the date was missing! So I put the date they were loaded on my computer on them. I hope you will accept this as I really worked hard to get all these pictures. Thank you very much! So on with the fun stuff!

I could not find any bird or squirrel nest but I did find a dirt dobber nest . Here is a pic. with the sign in it.

And here is a closer pic. so hopefully you can see them better.I could not get the sign high enough to be in it this one.

4. Find an ant hill. It is a little hard to see the sign but you can barely see the Tnsketch part.

My brother's dog Shadow.( I would have liked to take a picture of my bunny. Then it would have been a hairy hare but she is an inside bunny!)

It just stopped raining not that long ago so I found a puddle with some translucent water.


7. Find a flowering tree. Here is a shot from a distance so you can see it is a tree.

And a close up so you can see that it is my sign in the tree. A little of it is covered up but you can still tell it is the same sign.

like others have said it is hard to get flying things to pose for pictures. So I hope you will accept this it is one of those puff ball flowers that when you blow on them the seed pods fly through the air!

here is a strange shaped tomato from my brother's garden.

This rock was part of a fountain that broke we put it outside by the bird bath when it broke. I like the carved water path that now has plants in it.

I could have taken a picture of a taller tree but I thought this palm tree that is taller than me made a nice picture!

The rain erased most of the animal tracks around here but I did find this shoe print. Which would be a human track right humans are animals.

Here is the picture again after I played with the colors and circled the print. It is of a heel you can kind of make out the swirly pattern there!

A beetle I forgot to take a far away shot so you could see the whole sign but you can see the sketch of the tnsketch so you can tell it is the same sign. Please accept it thank you.
