Mutation 1: Warhorse Armor - kind of like the Qitari's mutation of the same name. Mutation 2: Seaweed Wings or Seaweed Fins - this could be separated into the wings and the tail if need be. There could also be seaweed on the head fins too, but I couldn't figure out how to do it without it looking silly ^^;; Mutation 3: Waterfall Mane - what I'm imagining is kind of like a fountain stemming from the head, ending in mist at the Kelpari's feet. Gene designs (maybe) forthcoming. <3

I think I might be in love with "Waterfall Mane!" Your other mutations are also gorgeous!

I have been too sick to do my own, besides someone already did Zebra as a gene, I support that, Another gene I support is the nebula one.

I'm hoping these didn't have to be done on both bases, I read through everything, but either missed it or it wasn't there. Also hope we didn't have to use the base with stuff pre drawn on it *has hard time focusing if stuff is floating around*


I'm apologizing in advance for messy artwork. I did design after design after design, and my eyes burn from so many. But still fun to do them!

Gene 1 - Striped Pleco Fish

This design is based off of the, wait for it... Striped Pleco Fish.

Pleco Fish come in assortment of colors and designs, but I really liked the striped ones :) *is fish obsessed* I first discovered these when I was setting up my first ever fish tank, and was making a couple plans for my tanks. *red eye tetra, or harelquin tetra, or black mystery would be a cool gene too*

Enough of me rambling.

Gene 2 - Striped Pleco Fish

Same disgn as the first one, didn't execute this one as well though.

Gene 3 - African Dwarf Frog

This would use color 4 and gene 3. Could also be made more transparent or less full looking, got carried away.
Based on the, you guessed it, African Dwarf Frog!

These are very playful creatures, for me reflecting the Kelpari personality. *they were also in a tank I had with a betta and ghost shrimp*

Mutation 1 - Algae (Plant Growth, Vegetation, Carrot Plants)

Fish always look stunning with some plant life, so here is some plants growing on its back :D

Mutation 2 - Fin Rot (Betta Fish)

This was supposed to include wings and find, but I couldn't get the layers to separate, and the mask layer tool was not working. So you get no fins and wings. *this was supposed to be the tail fins and the head fins, the head fins turned a bit into a mane though*
Based on fin rot that can be found in many betta fish.


Mutation 3 - Aquatic Volcano (Aqua Volcano, Alantis Volcano, Underwater Volcano)

This one didn't turn out so well, but here it is anyways *yay*.
Based on volcanoes that lay under a body of water :D

I liked the idea, I just didn't like how it turned out as much. But overall happy with the design.

My printer wasn't working right for this so,I sort had to copy from the page that had the fins.
The green comes from the "Eye Color"
The yellow come from the "Mutation 2 Color"
The orange come from the "Gen 2 Color"
