I didn't see a design that looked like these, but i could have missed them. If someone else has this idea PM me so i can find something more original. Also, i am a partly crazy/ weird person, and my fall inspirations can be tied to video games or books as well as other things, so you can skip my naritives of why i picked what i picked :D


Turkey Luffox
I tried to make the top part look like a turkey's comb, but it was kind of a fail. Still, a turkey is a fall/ thanksgiving thing.
I swear, i put this up before someone right above me used turkey inspiration. I will change ASAP so as not to 'copy' someone's idea. After my homework


Costume Party (Atomic Waste)
Why? Because Halloween is a time for costume parties. Read Calvin and Hobs and you'll find a scene where calvin says he's going as a barrel of toxic waste, that's partly where i got this idea from.


Dark Fairy Slyvorpa
This inspiration is a strange one, i got the dark fairy from a video game i play called wizard 101. During Halloween they have extra quests, and a dark fairy is a type of monster you get to fight.



FireBird Phoenix
This comes from the same game as mentioned above, wizard101. Two spells you can cast in the game are the Fire Bird and the Phoenix. Fall is when i generally play wizard 101 so that's why i consider it fall themed, and plus a Phoenix's colors seem like fall colors to me.



Horn of Plenty
A HoP is a common harvest and thanksgiving symbol. And i love pery jackson and the Hunger Games, both of which have Horns of Plentys in them, one as a weapon and one as a cornucopia. :D


Wrathful Prey
Fall time is hunting time, sadly. It is really fun to go out hunting and bring back what ou kill and eat it, but people who hunt for sport should not be tolerated. In a Fable Haven book there are magical, flying deer with poisoned antlers who spear a guy named Walter. If a deer who was killed wrongly gained these powers the result might be something like what you see below.


Box Turtle Ryori
We get a lot of box turtles in the fall that come to eat our persimmons. They are adorable and we play with them then let them go. The one we tried to keep dig itself out and escaped :P


BlackSmith's Forge
During the fall we go to an event called Ketner's Mill. One of the highlight of going there is we get to see a blacksmith do his work. He talks and tells us what he's making and it's ultra cool. He has a little tent full of these delicate metal designs, from tiny key chains to big, 3 feet tall decorations. These colors are supposed to be a flickering forge, there are often no flames but only coals. He has a pump that he turns a handle to and when the coals get really bright and glowing.... Well, that's the look i'm aiming for.


Rosemary's Baby
I have never watched this film, nor do i want to. However, my aunt was Rosmary last Halloween and told me a bit about the movie, and she watched it. I didn't. This doesn't look at all like the baby in the movie, but a demon horse would look something like this i think.


Dark Nature
This is based off of a Halloween costume: Maleficent's. A peaceful Dragon turned bad.


Hard Cider/ Tipsy Kelpari
I tried to make these kelps look like hard cider, kind of a golden honey color with a blush. During fall we normally go visit a bunch of orchards and make cider. This year, unfortunately, we gave back the cider press we borrowed. Anyways, one of the years we made cider we left a cup on top of the fridge for a long time, and when we found it, boom! Hard cider! After that, my sibling tried to make alcohol using other fruits and such. None of them worked, they just smelled bad, so hard cider is a special thing to them. And yes, i know my kelps look like mud :P just pretend I'm good at designing things. The black is supposed to be the bottle it's in.

I really don't think people on Sylestia want to look at a dead deer. The point of the theme is made even without the heart-wrenching image. :(

Seconding what Xavion said, it really makes me incredibly uncomfortable to see that image of the deer D:
If you really need to keep it in there, could you make it a link instead of an image please?

G**sy is a racial slur, it's been getting more recognition as such recently(even i didn't know till a few years ago), maybe find a different name for your bulbori design? like fortune teller or tarot reader, bc i'm assuming that's what you were going for?

(otherwise your designs are gORGEOUS and i really hope at least one wins?! i want the kelpari really bad!! and the morkko, and i still don't even love that species a whole lot!)
