He smiled, "Always have been, always will." he joked, knowing he left his down bow downstairs. He began walking down, looking around the house. it still seemed empty. He didn't expect his father to be around, but still.

once he'd reached the bottom, he placed Choula down gently and grabbed his own quiver and arrows, along with his bow, jerking his head towards the door in a 'lets go' motion

They left the house and headed for the practice range. "How are we going to count score this time?"

(Fyi, I was in a state archery tournament, so I do know what I'm talking about. Do you have any experience with a bow? I don't really know how you envision the details of this tribe, so could you describe the archery range, targets, scoring, etc.. )

"It's just going to be practise, if you hit the target it's all good." he chuckled, ruffling her hair. She was only 4 years old at this point i believe.

(Nice owo It's basically just hitting a tree trunk successfully so they can hit moving prey while running too)

(thx, it's seems bigger than it is though. And Choula is 4 or 5.)

"Okay! Let's hurry." She grabbed his hand and tugged him forward.

He played and slung his bow over his shoulder, letting his sister drag him along

Once they reached the range Choula released Zuni and took up a shooting stance. "Can I have some of your arrows?"

(I don't think she would have her own arrows at this age. When you think about it, this whole situation is a little unrealistic. Even for a fantasy world. lol)

(In the tribe, children are gifted with their own basic weapons at four, then with their final adult weapons at 10. if you lose this weapon, you are kicked out or something.)

Zuni bent down and nodded, giving her two of his arrows and leaning down to arrange her position to correct.

Choula shifted her feet and squared her shoulders as directed. Because her bow had a weak draw weight. she didn't need an arm guard. The arrows she stabbed into the ground in front of her.

"Zuni, I've done this before. You don't need to help so much." Choula said as she fumbled a little putting her arrow on the string.

(Next week I'm taking a break from Sylestia to catch up on school. I pretty much won't do anything except the advent calendar. Hopefully be back next Saturday!)
