They are instant.
Went with a more 'direct' approach for features for this Festival due to not only time constraints on myself for coding, but also because it's a busy time of year for everyone and I wanted this Festival to be a bit simpler since it's so close to the end of the Fall Festival, which was pretty expansive.

While you're working those fingers to the bone, I was wondering if we could possibly get the "Open All" on the stacked goods again? You spoiled me with last fest. ^-^; You know, the "Using this item consumes the whole stack" thing~
Btw, love the Snowman exchange. It feels like it balances everything really well.
