The scent of the rattle snake grew stronger, but you did not seem to be able to place it. Cactus' were sprouting a a patch of ones with pink flowers lay near you, they looked smaller than you'd imaged the prickly plants.

Lyra swished her tail and sniffed the flowers keeping her nose away from them

You gaze around at your surroundings in amazement. The light shone down, showing you things you had never seen before. You are at the edge of the tree line, looking down the mountain into the forest. Behind you, you notice a wolf and cat approaching each other.

I decide to observe them from on the trees, and try to listen in to their conversation.
