There was a thunk and America fell on his face, unconscious. Once he was revived, he yelled something about his Pearl Harbour being assaulted by Japan.
"What do you mean by zat?" France asked.
"Dude, I told you! Japan bombed Pearl Harbour! I declare war on Japan!" America said angrily

Cisalpine said, his eyes glowing as he say Yin and Yang. "Don't be stupid, brother. There are no fish." Trans snapped, his eyes still on Atlantis and Byzantine. "What do you want?" he snapped. "No countries unless authorized by the Axis Powers may come in or out of Germany."

"Guns? I may need to look into those." Atlantis made a mental note, then refocused on the two before her. "So, are you two of the Axis? I came to speak to Germany."

The mischievous Yang decided to leave Atlantis for a moment to swing a couple of circles around Cisalpine's head. Yin muttered something about Yang being childish.

Germany was loading and checking his guns for any problems. "Sounds like a good plan." he said. "Italy, will you be okay?" "I-I'm good. I'm just being bait.... They wouldn't kill me or anything... hahaha." Italy said, shaking in his boots. Prussia, Austria, Romano, and Hungary assembled their weapons. Austria was carrying, for some reason, a violin, Hungary had her frying pan, Romano had a basket of tomatoes, and Prussia had a broom. They were poorly armed.

That won't do. Germany, set them up with proper weapons. There may be some at my house, but I'm going to meet England now. Take Italy with you.

But no one was here? Where is Japan then?

"Va bene!" Italy said happily. He danced circles around a flustered looking Germany.
Prussia and the others grumbled something about their weapons being okay, but walked over to Scotland's house anyways. They rummaged through a few boxes.
"Oh! I found another frying pan!" Hungary said, holding up a rusty pan.
"Don't touch that! You'll contract tetanus!" Austria said, slapping the pan out of her hand. He picked up an old rifle. "Use this."

Germany followed after Scotland, Italy cowering behind him. Before they got through the door, Germany took Italy's white flag away and snapped it in half. "No surrendering." he said firmly.

"What do you mean, you declare war on Japan?!" England said.
America showed England a bump on the back of his head. "Japan threw a rock at me! This is assault! This means war!" he said, his fists clenched.
"You look stupid when you're angry." Russia said, smiling.
Suddenly, Japan walked back in and kicked China in the shins. "America-san. Germany says you are a load of Scheiss and he is declaring war on you." He slammed the door behind him as he left, leaving the room stunned, and China rolling on the floor with agony.

"What are two of the Axis doing here, though? I thought you people plan with the other countries what to do?" Atlantis asked curiously.

Scotland firmly stood up and grabbed his axe, I'm off to defeat England.
