Ok, you can do those. :)
For the Vene, a greater vial, two jewels(G3 and M1), two glitters, and coating(female).
For the Rikki, a greater vial, two jewels(G1 and M2), two glitters, and coating(male).

Yes you may~
For the Bulb, a lesser vial, jewel(M3), glitter, and coating(male).
For the Nyte, a lesser vial, and coating(female).
