"Oh," said Phoenix sadly. "I've heard about that and always wished people would do more to stop it."

"I just happened to come across it," Asteria spoke, "and I was appaled by how they were treated and the hypogrifs pulling the cart helped me get the drawf that was abusing the familiars."

"Woah. I wish I was there. I would've hunted down that guy and made him pay."

"The hypogrifs did that so I couldn't," Asteria chuckles, "I wonder if they ever got back to their bonded."

Phoenix mounted Skywhisper. "Do you mind if I come with you? I could use some action and I'm sure you would get there a lot faster if you could fly."

"Well that isn't my choice it's the familiars," Asteria spoke.

"Oh. I bet they wouldn't want me to."

"You're more then welcome to come along if you can convice them you won't harm them," Asteria spoke.

"I have a Familiar and an egg that are perfectly fine, isn't that enough?"

"Pancake? Oh Pancake!" The woods were quiet for a moment before the bird reluctantly showed herself. "There you are! Did you find him?" The silver haired elf bounced up and down lightly as the bird lightly landed on his shoulder. A single caw was her response. The jumping stopped instantly. "Still nothing?" He asked in an almost defeated tone. "Oh Crow where could you be?" Dexion sighed before looking back. The large greed dragon slowly approached him, her tail swishing lightly behind her. She snorted before lovingly nuzzling him. "I hope we find him soon...I'm getting worried." It was true. Without Crow he was a wreak. He wasn't able to sleep right, nor was he taking that good of care for his well being. Sighing some he patted the dragons face hugging her muzzle lightly. "We have to keep looking! Come on then! There's a town not that far from here!" He said before slinging the backpack over his shoulder. Vex cooed lightly as she offered to carry him, yet as already he refused. With a wide smile he began forward, running and dashing through the under brush as he followed the led of the white Raven.

It was almost three hours later before he stopped outside the small town. There were so many people...could Crow really be here? Taking a deep breath he started forward tensing up as he entered the crowd. Who could he ask? Vex stayed close to his side, making sure he was protected from any incoming danger. As a last resort he stopped finding an elf and a dwarve that didn't seem all that busy. "Excuse me!" He called as he followed them. "I was wondering if you two had seen someone. I seem to have lost him..."
