I wanted to go for something a little more subtle, with the classic green n' red combo for accents.
I chose a creamy colour rather than gold (because the richer gold hurt my eyes for some reason xp), and used red for the spots and wingtips because it reminded me of the red berries we get in stock this time of year at the flower shop where I work.
The green wings in combination with those red tips reminded me of the holly wreaths we also get in stock at work~ ;3

This is a Griffi with all mutations and genes with the word snow in it. I think of it as the embodiment of a spirit of winter.

She's based off of my favorite holiday treat: eggnog! :D
She has vis Appaloosa, Majestic Regalia, and Feathered Wings.
(The babies are so darn cute I could die aaa)

This male Griffi is based off of a sledding hill I love sledding on, with the pine trees to the side and their green and brown coloring. The grey is the sky is slightly overcast with the creek running through the bottom of the hill. The white is the snow that the brown earth is gradually appearing in the melting snow. The blue represents the creek and the nip in the wind as it runs by your nose.

I decided to base my girl off of those beautiful pink winter sunrises, the ones you get when there's a thin layer of ice on the ground and the air is crisp and clear...
