I try to keep my knees above me, knowing that's how I would get crushed. I use my feet to try to shove him off as well

Using the fact that he might still need to catch his balance from me throwing him off I try to tackle him

I try to thrust my knee into his solar plexus, knowing that could take someone down. I didn't do it extremely hard to avoid injuring him.

He manages to dodge and get behind you, he puts you into an arm bar and starts adding pressure
