(I understand what you're trying to do, so it's not that complicated. Just really sneaky xD I can hardly discourage thinking outside the box, literally)
About 3/5 of the crates contents can be stuffed into your bag. Brazentalon puts it on his back, turning to you. "We have time left. We'd better get going though."
Callus goes back to hammering the piece of metal, the noise ringing in your ears. How she puts up with it day after day is a mystery.
(I won't muck around with your inventory seen as everything will be going right back into place again afterwards.)

(Alright then c:)
Knight waits for you by the first building. You can vaguely make out a wooden board that could have enscribings on it, but again it is still too dark to properly read it.
"Oh," the woman narrows her eyes for a second at Bramdur, raising a brow at him. He solemnly nods. The other dwarves seem less defensive now, gratitude in their eyes.
"Well, he's always getting up to mischief and we always tell him not to. Don't go blaming yourself for something that would have happened eventually anyway," another of the dwarves said, a grimace on his face. "Now he'll have learned his lesson but you were there to help."
"A griffin, you say? Here, we can't let you go off without some kind of payment for saving our boy," the woman cuts in. "Bring him in - you can leave your stuff in the small storeroom you came in from. You must be hungry after all the heroics you must have gone through." She grins, taking Bramdur away to have a look at his ankle.
"Are you sure? I don't need any payment," I say, climbing up the ladder to call Skywhisper.

"Let's go then," I say, the noise of metal being hammered was starting to get uncomfortable, and there was not much time to waste anyway. I begin walking up the hill and to Roth's stall.
The yeti looks from your gesture to the cuff, a look of wonder on its face at the idea you're proposing. It offers its hand forward eagerly, watching your every move intently.
Delirious swings the pick down several times switching between that and trying to pry it off.

"You mean you don't want it," says one of the other dwarves. "Here, sit down and at the very least get yourself a bite to eat. None of us have touched the fruit buns yet."
Skywhisper hops down lightly, putting your stuff on the ground in the small storage area. He cautiously pads into the room a little ways, staying by you.
"Now I haven't seen a griffin in a mighty long time," the same dwarf chuckles. "Oh, where are our manners. I'm Grafdur, and this is my wife here, Deifra. And these three are our sons. One big caravanning family."
You already know Bramdur. "Torgdan," one speaks with a friendly smile.
"Agdan," the other says.
(Those moments when your brain just spews letters and you pretend it's name)

You are sure no-one is around. Knight keeps a lookout for you though as you read the sign, hiding any light with his wings.
The sign reads: "Canal Merchant Warehouse: Stalls 'I' through 'XV'."
This is the building you're looking for. Now you both need to find a way in.
