first of all i would like to say use two sets of genes it shows more variety and how good they look and also use 6 vis traits for the same reson and dont use straight up FFFFFF white
for your holiday poinsettias (your going with red ones right?) i would just pullup an image and literally start picking colors (thats what i did and i thi nk it worked)
for the peppermint mocha i just saturated the colors a little more added some caramel colors changed the whites and made it 6 vis
same with frozen cranberries but just the white and the 6 vis
