Loaded Potato Soup
Loaded Potato Soup is the perfect way to warm up. Its the perfect blend of potatoes, cheese, bacon and sour cream. Its filling and fairly easy to prepare. I cut up and then boil my potatoes before adding ham base, bacon, sharp cheddar, seasonings, potato flakes and sour cream. The potato flakes thicken the broth and make it delicious. After being spooned into a bowl, an extra dollop of sour cream, shredded cheddar and bacon should be added.

Welcome, to Chef Firebreath's cooking class. Today, I will teach you how to make Chorizo Potato Bites. Now, watch closely as I mix up this ingredient with this one... BOOM!! *blows up kitchen* Ok, class, that never happened. *wipes away smoke from experiment*

Here is my potato dish: Cream of Potato Bacon Soup :D~ (it is AMAZING!!!)
It has a creamy potato base with chunks of potato in it, green onions, ripped up pieces of bacon, and cheese sprinkled on top. One place I went to had a layer of cheese on top of theirs, kind of like a cheese crust over a pie! :D
