We could have something like.. (Well I don't know what a coat of arms is, but for a mascot) A dragon, of course. But something with character or personality. Maybe a tough, well built, intimidating body with a contrasting goofy personality. Maybe taking after or resembling this pose by Simba from the lion king
And he/she could even have a symbolizing accessory, like a talisman with the coat of arms on it or bangle bracelets on his tail :3 I just hopes this sparks imaginative ideas haha xD
Also, I would love to get a roleplay thread about, but I am bad at maintaining things like that when they become very busy, so I would need a few others to be interested in helping if that's okay? I feel like it would connect us more as "club members."

I can manage things, I'm just not into role playing that much. xD
I'm thinking I will ask for everyone to give feedback and generate ideas for a coat of arms/logo/symbol for the club and then from there we can generate ideas for a mascot next. Hopefully there is actually some feedback though. lol S:

Personally I don't like the idea of doing that, because that means that people(me) end up missing a lot of stuff/games.
Also I like the mascot, banner and coat of arms ideas.
I'd also me interested in an rp.
Idk of I can help with the breading project tho.

If many people in the club collaborate on the carnival thread timezones won't be that much of an issue. Plus I am awake at nearly all hours, especially on weekends. If I were to run the majority of the carnival games thread I'd most likely have games going when you are online. It is hard to please everyone, really. The way I had set it up this time didn't get much attention, and was a bit of a let down if I'm to be honest. I think bringing everyone together is important and the carnival was suppose to do that and it didn't do its job... so for now that is my suggestion. I am open to other suggestions but keeping it how it is (everyone hosting their own threads) isn't going to cut it.
EDIT: Also keep in mind that my timezone is closer to yours than Willow's (from what I notice) and I think I am online way longer than Willow is.

It could work. I also find having a lot of pages daunting.
Maybe have a couple of threads, like one for a raffle, one for design comps and one for other games.
Idk it was just an idea.

Survey *VERY Important* !!!
Please fill out this survey ASAP! I'd like to get the ball rolling for some of these ideas. You don't need an account, but may need to be on a laptop or desktop computer.
I'd super appreciate it.. and this is for everyone's benefit.

I really liked that servey =D
And as I was doing it, it seemed I might not get the attention needed for my threads to have them done on the 12th, so I guess I shall save them for the next Carnival, if there will be one :(
To those that have donated items to me, if you would like them back since I won't be doing my games, just ask and I will send them back...

Oh gosh there was so much great input on the survey so far. Obviously there are a few people who may prefer to remain anonymous when voicing opinions or ideas and that's okay because we've got Google docs to save the day. xD I've got some planning and things to think about. I look forward to reading a few more responses.
Thanks so much guys!

Survey
Hey guys, just thought I'd send out one final reminder about the survey I put together to get some feedback for the club.
You can fill it out here if you haven't done so:

I'll leave it open for a couple more days. So far 10/16 pinged members (CaptainKat doesn't wish to be pinged) have filled out the survey. I'm really glad for all of the responses so far. I will probably stop accepting responses this Thursday and will make a follow-up announcement on the same day.
Thanks again guys, this is super beneficial already!
