anyone else having an issue not getting any diamonds that were purchased? i just bought a hefty amount and got the confirmation from paypal, but i have yet to see any of them.

Having multiple accounts is against our Terms of Service, 100%. As one person, you cannot play more than just your one account. If you are one person and you are playing more than one account, that is a very serious violation of our rules.

Additionally, creating a new account just to claim a free play at The Lucky Pot will 100% get all of your accounts permanently banned.

So consider yourself warned. We are checking for this and we are banning people who are abusing this.

Paypal is having is having issues lately, so I'd email paypal to figure out what the status is on them addressing the issues that users are having today with transactions.

People sharing the same IP is fine. I have seen many siblings play this game together... however they never play each other's accounts.

Krin is saying if you are a single person playing multiple accounts this is against the rules. If you are playing for your sister, stop... because that is violating the site's rules which are clearly explained in their Terms of Service. In fact what Krinadon is addressing is rule 1!

It would be alright for you to log in and manage her stables, feed her pets, things like that.

It would not be okay to log in and play Pick a Door for her, claim her free The Lucky Pot play, participate in Forum Games for her, do daily missions/dungeons for her, etc.

Obviously, in cases like yours, there is some gray area and we would never act without common sense. The prior warning is mainly for literally one person playing more than one account where they are the only person playing either of the accounts OR specifically creating a brand new account with the sole purpose of claiming the free The Lucky Pot play.
