Other than Forum Games, we don't really have anything else planned to be released for the remainder of the festival.

By that, do you mean unscheduled Forum Games? o: (ie the 3-vis Lighira not being released day of festival, that sorta thing)

Ok, I have a question, if I have level 60 pets fighting in Esior's Fields, will I find uncommon July themed pets? Or will I only find rares and epics?

Ok I guess I have another question then...am I more likely to find patriotic pets at lower levels? Or am I just as likely to find them at level 60 as say level 5, but they will have a higher rarity at the higher levels?

Frequency isn't based on levels. It's the same at any level.

...ok! LAST question...can the patriotic pets be found with other pets, or do they only appear on their own like Lighira?

They appear on their own like the Lighira.
