Nice! I love how the male now looks more confident. And putting there tails behind them was a good idea so it's not covering anything up yet you can still see it because it's big and fluffy.
I do think the male pup could use a bit of work, it's snout dosent seem to match up with the others General shape. His seems rounded at the end wile the others I feel like they have more boxy snouts (very much like those snouts) other than that I think it's great!

As a really huge Lupora fan I have to say, that I only really like the male adult sketch so far. He really looks awesome! I like the facial expression a lot. No need to change anything. Paws could be a bit bigger maybe.
The female. That's my absolute favourite number 1 pet in Sylestia... so it's pretty hard for me to accept any change being made to them ^^
The new sketch somehow reminds me of Disney. Where in the old sketch she looks like a majestic leader who absolutely knows what she wants and her posture looks so proud... the new sketch shows a submissive wolf mother caring for her puppies.
Also something looks terribly wrong with her hips. I preferred the tail in front of her legs (which also look too short to me). And her paws could also be a bit bigger.
The new male hatchling looks like he's in pain or something where the old one just looks like he's really enjoying himself and being playful and having fun doing silly stuff... let the new one have that facial expression too... like he's up to no good. That's what puppies do ^^
The new female hatchling is kind of cute... but I really like the way the old one looks up like awaiting a reward or something or like she's observing a butterfly? That dreamy look... one ear up and the other one hanging down... the tail also looks cute.
But the new sketch is also cute somehow.
I hope my feedback wasn't rude or anything. I'm just a bit emotional about the Lupora being revamped :)

My main issue is with the tails. I recognize that before the poofy tail out front would block the body genes/mutations, but with them now behind the legs, I can't help but think they have them tucked in shame. :( I really don't know what I can offer to help fix that problem. I mean they are beautiful, but I keep getting hung up on that tail. I'm sure after all the final touches and adding color and shading and such it will be fine, but I just keep getting hung up on that feeling. Not sure if it is the posture of the body with the tail or what, but that's what I see. Like I said, they are beautiful and I can't wait to see them completed with shading and so on and likely as not they will look fabulous and I won't feel as I do now. It is hard to tell what a finished product will be. I have no artistic abilities aside from coloring and even that is not artist quality (I enjoy it and do it for fun and relaxation) but I cannot draw so I highly respect and commend those artists that can and do. Looking forward to the revamp (looks at her overflowing lupora stable).
I have to say I agree with all of the feedback so far.
I addition I think the Adult female Should keep a similar head pose to the pre-revamp females, It not only gives her neck back, but it also gives her a bit more personality (which is the problem many of us have with the current males)
As for the Male's expression which I have seen many people comment on. I think having him show some teeth, or be a bit more growly, would help him not look so sulky.
Personally I'm one of the players that wouldn't mind seeing a little longer body, bigger elf like ears and what not on the Lups, And Bending them more may just fix the Tail vs leg issue....
Here are some sketches I did that Incorporated a longer body and more movement and expression based off of the already done sketches.
Tottaly forgot to add the refrance I used for the males pose in the upward position like that so here it is ^.^

though I drew him a bit more toward the ground I think It might look even better if I switched the positins of the two front legs.
I feel these also show both tail and leg genes evenly and in a way that gives them both expression in their stance/ pose.
I know these are not all that great as far as sketches, but I feel they get the point across.
Added Some less dynamic sketches and a set I cam up with doodling
In this one I changed the Male pose to crouching And showed it with the others to get a feel for how it changed
And her are the doodles of the two adults in a more proud posture
(sorry again for the awful drawing XD)
Made some adjustments to the female pup that may make her look less Hype XP

Not fond of the adult male's belly as it is there. It's too curvy near the hip, and the front leg i guess is okay but a little long and skinny. Female is fantastic, I hope they use your female. :D

Much better! The male looks fierce and the girl pup is soooo cute!!! Maybe just make the adult female look a bit more... fierce?

Oh my goodness! Yes yes yes those are beautiful! I would absolutely love the Lupora like that! They are so lively and fierce and amazing! I love how the tails remain poofy and yet are not tucked away, they have such a feeling of movement. I like those a lot.
