If I have a design that didn't win in the past but I believe is very good, is it allowed to resubmit it? Or if it was passed over once does that mean it will never be chosen?


There isn't a rule against re-submitting.

I think it's fine to re-submit things you really want to get picked. There's often times where we have many themed we'd like to pick but are limited to just picking the best 1 or 2. So it's possible under other circumstances, a design gets picked.

However, I would ask that if a design isn't picked after 2 or 3 attempts to please try and submit something new.
