I go to the feast. Based on the run-down condition of the village, I'm suspicious of the food. I inspect the food, decide I'd rather not take any, just in case it's poisoned or something. I leave the feast and go to the blacksmith's shop.

"Wow." Nikkie breaths, admiring your dragon form. " you're one nice looking dragon. "
The sleeping dragon senses you, another dragon, and it's eyes snap open. It was protective of treasure and if another dragon had come to take the treasure... This dragon wasn't going to let that happen.
It's tail sweeps across the floor, disrupting piles of gold and knocking Nikkie off his feet.

Kua-Rashianaka

She started talking in dragon, which to Nikkie would sound like a lot of roars, snarls, and growls. "I'm not here to take your treasure!"

There are weapons there such as but not limited to the following: broad sword, bow and an array of arrows, two daggers, a... bomb, and a spear.

I take the daggers and the sword. I hand Sparky one of the other weapons and say, "Here. You look like you know how to use this." We exit the blacksmith's shop and go to the witch's hut.

"Then what are you here for? And why is there a Kukan Kitsune here. They're never good news. And you're holding the sword." The dragon replies also in dragon.

There are multiple potions there of many use. Labels included 'love potion', 'potion of power's 'potion of immortality ' and the like. A sign next to them said "Take what you need but this you should heed - What you take, a object of yours is at stake."

Sparky tests out the spear before shrugging and continuing after you.

I read and reread the sign. "I don't know, Sparky. I'm not sure I need a love potion and potion of immortality sounds like a trick but a potion of powers could be helpful. Of course, if I've learned anything in my life, it's magic comes with a price. Of course, it does say an object is at stake. What if it doesn't mean like a physical object but the objective to get out of the Labyrinth? I think I'll take the potion of powers." I take the potion.

Kua-Rashianaka

"We are here to rest. The kitsune is a tribute, as am I. I am holding a sword for the reason of self defense." She put the sword and the bow and arrows in her pack. "As I said, I'm not here to harm you or take your treasure." Her yellow eyes darted to Nikkie, checking to see if he was alright.

"I see. I have been ordered to protect this treasure. If you want to get past me you must beat me in a battle. A battle between you and I as I find that any promise with the kitsune is not worth much. A battle of wits or a battle of strength. If you win I will let you go, you have my word. But if you do not win, then you shall have to put back everything you have taken - including the weapons. You can keep the kitsune. So. Which battle shall it be?" The dragon asks. Nikkie gets back to his feet, growling at the dragon, shifting into his kitsune form again, hackles raised.
