Atm, there is no player limitation on claiming offers.

However, I definitely plan on implementing some sort of limitation/cooldown.

I'm not really sure if the three bundled brewing agents for the rare category is really worthwhile if you end up buying the potions for it. Is this the only rare prize? Then again I do a lot of nurturing so maybe my idea of the value of the bundled brewing agents is a bit skewed.

Not all of the prizes are always 'worth' their Gold value. It's kind of a roll of a dice, intentionally. I did try and at least make it somewhat worthy and balanced though, so it shouldn't be anything egregious. And I've been making minor changes here and there as I monitor.

The list of Rare Tier rewards are:

-1-Visible Fall Festival Themed Pet
-Title: Spooky Shopper
-Lost Grove Mats (Enigmatic Shard, Silver Ore, Iron Ore)
-Items (Bundled Brew Agents, Regular Vial Holder, Spectral Essence, Gummy Puppy Tail, Sugar and Spice, Sticky Goo, Vampire Dust, or Chocolate Coins)
-Diamonds

Obviously, they have different rarities within the tier and quantities awarded per item, but that's what all is possible at this point.
