"The world really is unfair, isn't it." I laugh, a little meekly. "Other normal morphlings, ones which you so call 'mythicals' get powers. We're also normal morphlings. It's not that they shouldn't exist. It's that they do exist, and everyone's too stupid to notice or believe. There's no such thing as 'mythical' or 'non-mythical'. We all belong in the same category; morphlings."

I shrug. "You can be bitter about it. Everyone can be bitter about it. Each individual's pride is their downfall. I believe. You don't believe, so you think they're so called 'mythical'. When in reality, they aren't. If they aren't supposed to exist, why are they here? It's because everyone was so stupid. So stupid, you hear?" I look around the room. "I'm not supposed to exist. You're not. Talyn isn't." I sneer. "We're monsters, anomalies, things that shouldn't exist. 'Mythicals' don't exist. Nothing exists, if you look at it from the way you're looking at it now. Nothing. We're worthless nothings on a nothing planet in the middle of nothing. You hear me?" My voice was rising now, by every word. "We don't deserve to exist! But we do!"
