You have a great start to your design post. I love your ligh, it is very beautiful.
Your critique needs to be fixed up a bit. You need specifics. Like what color works on what slot to what color on what trait or mutation and such well. Like what specifically do you like. And what specifically would you change, meaning color and or trait.
Honestly it looks like you trailed off a bit with your critique.
You will also need a reference picture to what you are meaning in your critique so they can understand what you are referring to.

Critique:
I think your design looks quite stunning. I love how the Nebula Crown looks with these colors, it has a sort of iridescent feel personally, and I love the colors of the mane. However, I feel as if some of your colors are a bit dull, you could definitely add some more saturated shades and possibly even some slightly darker shades. I also feel the real light peachy kind of color feels a bit out of place, increasing the saturation of that color and darkening it a tad would make it fit a better. It also feels a tad bit cluttered, so you could possibly remove the Ancestral Deity Cape if you wanted to. I've changed G1 and G2 to FFA991, removed the Ancestral Deity Cape and slightly darkened C2 to A8300F to add a bit more contrast. You can definitely go for more saturated or darker colors than the ones I've used if you want, though! :))

I have come to a decision, and I wanted to make you all aware of it. Last challenge so many of you had an issue with critiques. And some of you didn't feel the need to correct and or change after you were instructed to do so. Others were prompt in making said changes. So I have decided to make a new rule for the group which if broken, will result in a mark assigned to you. The new rule is below.
7.)RESPOND TO PMs/COMMUNICATIONS ACCORDINGLY!!! When receiving communications from DCU staff via PING, and especially by private message(PM).
Do not disregard them and or ignore them. We are reaching out to you for a reason, and that is to help you succeed. By disregarding them and or choosing not to respond...Or even failing to correct the situation in which we are trying to point out that needs attention in regards to challenges....Is a blatant disrespect for the staff trying to help you, and the challenge at that time and will be dealt with as such.
I ask that you all please re-read the rules to refresh yourselves with them, and PM me letting me know you did so.
The only other thing I have to say at this point, is that I am sorry for those of you that follow the rules and are here to have fun and test your limits to have to be put through this because someone else does not want to. It isn't fair to you, but it isn't fair to allow their behavior to continue either. For those that follow the rules, you already follow this rule anyways and have no need to fear anything from it. Those of you whom don't...Well you know whom you are. I am all about giving ample opportunities and being fair across the board and to one and all. So I am giving you this last heads up and after that you are on your own. What you choose to do with that rope is up to you.

i think your design is really pretty. the blues go together very nicely. it's not too saturated, but it's also not dull and repeating, either. the pale blue of the ice is a nice touch. however, i feel like there are too many similar shades. the eye color was changed from 0073FF to 69ACFF. color 3 was changed from 1061C4 to 1F354F. gene 1 was changed from 2F83EB to 031224. mutations 1 and 3 were both changed from 0057C2 to 66ABFF.

I went with this color because I find it hard to design with and I wanted to challenge myself with the more complex Luffox genes.
Critique:
Well first, when I brought your design into the generator, I saw a lot of just plain white. I suggest you try to fill those in with lighter versions of your original color. I used 0CE495 on A1, 24F4A8 on M1 and made the M1 trait Ornate Armour to give your design a little bit more detail. Your color and its variants you used do work well together, although I also suggest you change G2 to something like 0CAB8B to give the fins better depth. Other than those few details, your design looks good and I love the traits use used and how the mane Ombres so smoothly.
