Today was your typical Indiana rainy spring day, so I based mine off of that.

Mine is based on Anzac day (and the New Zealand Fern - silver/black). An important day for me and my family - not as 'cheery' as most of these, but none the less 'spring' based for us (we're in the UK, and Anzac is today!)

Red for the poppy, and for the remembrance of the bloodshed for our freedom.
Silver and black for the 'silver fern' of New Zealand.

I based her off the cherry blossom viewing festival I went to in Matsumoto (Japan).
Even though it was only April, it was really warm outside. The pink cherry blossoms looked even more stunning against the blue sky and on the mountain tops there was still snow.

Some of my favorite flowers to grow apparently make a beautiful Aerd as well ^_^

Pansies (Violas) and Johnny Jump-ups :D

I see so many beautiful designs! Some that stand out to me are the Spring Rain (back a couple of pages) and the Rose Bushes growing near a grandmother's home ^_^ Those are simply stunning!

This would be my dreamy aeridini. I picked gene 2 Nubula and gene 3 Tiger. I also picked mutation 1 rose tail. The reason behind my desired traits are that the rose represents the beauty of spring and the green represents the strong, sturdy, stem. The blue represents the ever darkening sky over the flowers who wait for the sun to return. I added the yellow for a starry night effect as seen sometimes when the sky is slightly still blue.
Its sorta llike this if you now what I mean.
