Have you tried doing a hard refresh? Probably just a caching issue.

Not sure if I did it right (I think so? Maybe? I'm pretty bad with technology) but I got to a thing and clicked the clear cache button and then it went away...And I reopened all my sylestia windows and it looks the same?
So maybe it is a problem and maybe I'm just too dumb to have fixed it. Sorry. >.<

I'm still kind of weirded out by the male's positioning but what I've seen of the traits are amazing. I really liked the solution of re-generating traits.. now I just need to go through all my vorpas and figure out what was what.
Overall a job well done!
Hey Krin, is the regeneration page a little preview of what to expect with the generator revamp?

Try a hard refresh.. Ctrl + F5. If that doesn't work than I have no idea. :)

Okay, I've tried the solutions offered and they seem to have not worked.
I recalled (but cannot locate?) a thread somewhere after the Qitari revamp where a user was having incorrect traits display on their pet in that same location. I would guess it's a problem similar to that.
Although it might just be me being incompetent. Sorry if I'm clogging up this thread.

I regenerated my Sylvorpa too (I gave him 1 carried gene and 1 carried mutation), saved my changes, but it is saying now:
Gene One: None
Gene Two: None
Gene Three: None
Mutation One: None
Mutation Two: None
Mutation Three: None
Is it ok? Maybe I have to use genetic test now to see my changes? And his colour remained the same too (I changed it a little bit.) "Regenerate" button disappeared.
I cleared my cache and tried Ctrl+F5.
I think I'm doing something wrong, right? Thank you for answers.

My guess would be that you'd have to genetic test the pet to see the carried traits. The re-coloring issue could be just a swing that made it look like the original color still? Not sure.

@Entropy,
I think it's a Site issue... I vaguely remember a similar issue with the Qitari revamp.
I'm trying to remember what the issue was and how I fixed it lol. =\

Yes, you are right, I used the test and got this:
Gene One: Mantis Shrimp
Gene Two: None
Gene Three: None
Mutation One: Bio-luminescent Spines
Mutation Two: None
Mutation Three: None
Thanks!
