Hi Krin, me and my room mate both play this and while I was playing TLP I got the title (I didn't really want it due to the fact I'm not a huge fan of them) so I sent it to her. Sorry if that seemed like we were abusing it, we really didn't mean to in anyway shape or form. ^^'

Just go to the lucky pot and click begin the game, and there will be an option to play without paying.

Yes. There are not really any restrictions on trading/gifting.

If we don't want an item to be tradeable, we won't allow it to be traded.
