How long it takes depends largely on how busy Krin is at the time the request is sent to him, so it could be a few minutes or it could be a couple of days.

Sorry, I think you've misunderstood. The items for sale are just the customs (so the held items and the luffox costumes). The outfits are merely so that the avatars aren't naked while showing off the customs. Also, at this time I am not selling the customs for gold since when Krin generates a new copy of my customs he takes the creation fee in diamonds from my account. I don't have diamonds to spare for this right now, but you can buy diamonds on the currency exchange. All prices are listed in the first post.
