Found her in the festival zone. As I'm sure you can imagine, there are all sorts of things I'd love to see in the second ever legendary sylesti that I've found. None of these things are present on this particular sylesti, however. XD

Everything about her is just sort of... wrong.

Though he at least shows his face in public. Nothing against morkkos, but when they're bad, they're really bad.
