You are using an http link, first of all. So even if you were formatting it properly, you aren't using an image URL - you're using a webpage URL. Make sure that you are using the proper URL.

You're also using the IMG= instead of just simply the IMG button.

I would suggest taking a look at the guide posted in the original post of this thread for more information or resorting to the Q&A Forums for additional assistance.
