okay you head towards the mountains and immediately spot some salmonberry bushes by a stream. (also there is now a storyline you don't have to follow it ti's up to you ^^)

(Okay, are salmonberries.. edible?) I walk over carefully, checking the ground near the stream to check if the ground is going to fall in before picking the berries.

(yes they are, however you will need to further your herb knowledge to find out if anything else is dangerous/edible from now on) The ground seems sturdy and the river is shallow.

(I'll try not to ;) However character development here is VERY important) The water feels cool and comforting, it rushes past you and seems fresh, you even spot a couple fish swimming past you.

Cherokee scooped up some water and drank some, reaching down and trying to catch some fish (there are other ways??)

(yes, there is fighting, archery, stamina, and Herb knowledge, then once you gain dragons they will have special skills that you need to level up too) you find a broken off branch, it seems very sharp

Cherokee tested it against her finger gently (not hard enough to break the skin) before stepping into the stream, wadding through the water and trying to stab the fish
