The spring didn't respond, but Hummer grinned and gestured to her wings. "Wanna try them out? You earned them."

Solar nodded, waded out of the water, and slowly opened her wings. *um... how do i do this?*

"Wings move a bit like arms. Flap a bit until you lift up, then slow it down a it so you don't tier yourself out. Flap harder on the right to go left, and vice versa.... Well, You'll figure it out. Flying is one of those things you have to actually do before you get it." Hummer said.

Pyro smiled. *dont worry. Youll get the hang of it quick.*

Solar smiled at her brother, then beat her wings slowly (veeeeeeeery sloooooooowly), slowly rising off the ground. Her eyes widened in excitement, and she beat them a bit faster, rising quick. She slowed, stopping, and cried, *this is awesome!* then, she just started flying around, almost crashing into a lot of things.

Pyros eyes widened, and he flew after to make sure she would be safe.

Hummer glided easily above. "Don't worry if you crash! It's totally normal on your first few tries,"

Solar waved her off. *ill be f-*

She flew Into a tree.

Pyro flew under her, grabbed her, and flew to the ground. *shell be out for a few hours,* he said, chuckling. *classic Solar. Never listens to advice.*

Hummer roller her eyes, pulled a Reviver Seed out of her bag, and shoved it into Solar's mouth.

Solar jumped up and screamed, *MOM ITS NOT A SCHOOL DAY!!!*

Pyro and Flare burst out laughing.

Solar blushed, and said, *um... hey, guys. Who woke me up?*

Hummer raised a wing. "That would be me. Maybe you should practice somewhere with fewer trees...."

Solar opened her mouth, but Pyro shut it. *the last time you ignored Hummers advice, you flew into a tree.*

Solar sighed. *fine. Any ideas where, Hummer? And thanks, by the way,* she added.
