Your voice has returned to you, at least. You hear the pattering of footsteps from the corridor and a goblin walks in.
"Heard something, I knew," he squeaks. He then calls down the passage: "Hostage awake!"
Your aware of how incredibly hungry you are. You don't know how long you've been out, but you certainly don't feel tired any more, just really weak. Your stomach rumbles.

(Alrighty ^.^)
Shootingstar huffs, poking his nose into the snow.
"He says there's little enough that it should melt soon," Crimson sniffs. "I vote for being carried in the morning." Emberpaw nods along. She then mutters: "Can't wait 'til I grow up. Then my fire wont go out so easily."
Numbat, hearing voices, emerges from his tent and squeaks. "Oh no!" he cries, jumping out and immediately packing up his stuff. "This is bad. We must get to the town as soon as possible!"
The two phoenix look on, squawking a bit at they examine the snow with disgruntled expressions.

"Sneak. Sneak sounds good - then I can make sure we don't get hurt," he breathes.
He begins making an arc around the bear, his steps slow and steady and disturbing the leaves as little as possible. All the while the bear gets as much nourishment from the berry branch as possible, oblivious to you for now.
Brazentalon keeps the golden scores on the trees in sight all the while. You're just about to lose the bear from sight when a hidden branch snaps under your familiar's feet and leaves rustle loudly.
The bear's head snaps round and it stares, rolling onto its feet. It stands on its hind legs, its large claws very much apparent and its teeth glinting with the red berry juice. Brazentalon freezes, holding his breath.

(I have an overactive imagination. Hmm, that's the only thing I haven't done to my ocs in my daydreams yet..... how did that skip through?! XD)

"Good day, young one," he says warmly. He gestures to the goods on the counter in front of him. "Is it one of these you desire today, perhaps? I've heard that the runestones make perfect paperweights. You seem like the well-read sort we need more of nowadays."
I smile in acknowledgement of the praise browsing for a few seconds before pointing to a random item. "Can you tell me the story behind this one?"
(I'm so sorry this has taken me so long! Life hit me with a sledgehammer the past month but things have calmed down and I can post regularly now)

(I'm really confused but I'm just going to say okay :P)
You probably couldn't wriggle out of these in front of your captors even if you had all of your strength. Right now your muscles are shivery and weak and the goblin simply giggles.
"We get good ransom for you, yes?" he chuckles. "No gold on you. But we get gold for you!"
Another of the goblins comes through, looks you over and snorts before disappearing again.

(Perfectly okay - real life is more important. Hope things are going fine now ^.^)
You point to one with swirling patterns with a clawed footprint in the centre. Various blue and green dyes have been painted through the carvings.
"Ah, that old thing," he chuckles. "Picked that up from a wise man in the mountains. He lived in a rickety old shack on one of the highest peaks, and I had been advised to pass by his home at some point in my life. I was a lot younger then of course - nowadays I couldn't even hope to get up that mountain."
His smile lessens a bit as he picks it up and turns it in his hands. "I learned a good deal of wisdom from that crazy old dwarf. And for my troubles, he gifted unto me this runestone. He told me what it meant one time but, well, that was part of my path that is too far a ways back to remember."
He looks back at you and places the runestone back where it came from. "I used to keep it to myself but now I figured I should let others have a chance to decipher it."
(There is no specific time in Anaia. Doing that for every single person who have progressed different amounts of time would be too difficult to do, and as for seasons you would eventually have ages in one that made everything harder. Instead, familiars grow up with in-game days and seasons are roughly the same as in real life. So everyone will start experiencing snow wherever they are - though for example if they're in the mountains it will be more likely - by real-life 15th of November in this Anaian year)
"Hm... at this rate (roughly judging from how quickly time is going for you so far) I'd say the snows could come possibly in 3-4 (Anaian) days," Torgdan shrugs. "Really depends."
(Sorry - I've been busy and overloaded lately, I think this was your last post right?)

(...basically I saw "kidnapped scenario" and Brain went mIsTaKEn idEnTiy)
He blinks, confused. Why would anyone want gold for him? Hes a literal outcast....
