So I went to the range to sight in my new rifle today and shoot a handgun for the first time.
I got a new rifle I'm so happy and excited!!

Handgun- went really well except I don't think I hit the target and I almost cried because I'm used to getting really good shots.

Rifle- my dad forgot the front sight. yeah. my groups should not have been as tight as they were but I'm happy to say it took three or four rounds to sight the thing and I proceeded to shoot 92 to 91 more. I'm really proud of myself because normally I don't even shoot that well but my groups were mostly tight and would be scoring despite the fact that I was without my front sight. I would just like to point out a highlight of the night. All five shots within the 10-9 range. To score for marksman I need to get 25, I think but don't take my word for it, as a minimum; this target would total up to I want to say 49.

Sorry for the small flex, i'm just super excited and I don't think my excitement gets through too well in this but I quite literally have not stopped smiling since :D
