Here is my entry: the Nebula Chaser Ryori



I based her off of Nebulas, the Stars, and how much I enjoy Star Gazing on a nice, clear, Fall night.

One thing I love about fall is how clear the skies are. In summer, it's warm, yes, but the sky is always hidden by clouds. You can't see the stars. So that's what my ryori is based off of ^.^

Autumn Deity
Based off of the golden trees that occur in Fall.

My baby here is based off the monster from the Jeepers Creepers movie franchise. Because I think he looks really neat and it was one of the first creepy Halloween movies I ever saw.

Souls of the Dead Ryori:

with Star Runes to represent where souls presumably go; a Petal Wreath for decorating the tombstone; and Icicle Orbs for the cold of the grave.

Mooncake Ryori

Mooncakes traditionally eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival in China.

Traditional mooncakes have an imprint on top consisting of the Chinese characters for "longevity" or "harmony", as well as the name of the bakery and the filling inside. Imprints of the moon, the Lady Chang'e on the moon, flowers, vines, or a rabbit (symbol of the moon) may surround the characters for additional decoration.

Hellspawn

Well... Could be just because I've been reading up on astronomy, but when I think of fall I think of the reasons we have seasons and planets and such and I was wondering what earth looks like from space during the fall. After looking at a bunch of images I realized that it was still green overall because so many countries near the equator do not have a fall season. So... yeah... that's my inspiration.

I tried to make my pet as fitting as possible. Sorry if the literary bit is undesired but I felt the urge to describe it like that.
