Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Okay so I tried the re-generator on a few sylvorpies (didn't actually re-generate anything yet because of this minor issue) but when I tried to alter the color of a trait the only thing that is altered is the eye color which only affects the Mutation 1 trait...is this something I'm doing? I haven't tried to regenerate any because I have several sylvorpas that I'd rather not change the whole color scheme for a small alteration.

Here's where it's happening.
My other vorpa hasn't been re-genned yet.

@Lunesca,
I'm sorry. I don't quite understand what you're trying to say. Maybe if you can give me a specific example or give me screenshots I can try to see what the issue is.

I have the same problem as Lunesca
This is what's happening:
Everytime I select a color it only affects the eyes, I can't seem to influence the other colors :S

Sorry Krin I'm a bit tired but I was eager to try the new vorpies...
Okay so I took a female vorpie that had orginally had a set of Petal fins.
When I tried to put the petal fins on the coloring wasn't quite right so I tried to alter the color a bit to get it at least close to the original. I wanted a bit of blue in the flowers but when I tried to change the color to blue her eyes changed as well.
Out of curiousity I tried a different trait and its color was so close to her base color it blended in. I tried to alter the color. The trait's color stayed the same but her eye color altered.
The only way I found to alter the color of any trait besides Mutation 1 was to randomly change all the colors with the "all randomization" button...
There's no way to click on a specific trait or base color to change it.
This is the screen I get when I go to regenerate:

I'm experiencing the same thing as Crazy and Lunesca, but I just assumed it was meant to be that way, because when I actually set one girl, even though I changed her eyes they went back to the color they were before.
I just assumed we couldn't change the colors.
