Vulnyx


Celestial Starwalker Wings

I designed these wings for the Vulnyx, as personally, I love space and the stars. Each feather has a Star Gem on it. A Star Gem is a gem with a star in it(star would have a similar design to the stars in the Star Rune design). The rest of the wing comprises of a celestial sort of energy coming out of the feathers, with little stars though out the energy part of the wings. The little stars would have a glowing effect to them much like the stars in the Galaxy mutation for the Ryori. I didn't paint in the feather parts so that everyone can better see the line art I did. In the actual mutation they would be coloured in. Also, the scanner I have would not pick up the pink colour I painted, so I took a second picture with my phone camera. I have a gene I made to go with this mutation. It can be found on the 7th page of the gene design contest. :)

Draeyl


Astral Wings
I really wanted to see Astral Wings come out for the Draeyl so I decided to make a design attempt of my own and enter them. Armored parts would have a similar look to it's Armor and Helm counterparts. However, I made the armored parts jagged on the end of the wings to make it more dangerous. The fabric in between the wing bones would have the same appearance as the astral energy coming off of the Armor and Helm counterparts. Again, I left some parts not coloured in so that the line art would be easier to discern. Also, same issue with my scanner, it would not pick up the pink paint I used so I had to take a second picture with my phone camera.
I picture this mutation in Mutation Slot 1.
