She avoided eye contact, busying herself as if ignoring you. Remember you are a magic user. People don't trust you. The heat'd cooled down considerably, the mountain air was cool again. There were many isles of books, someone turned the corner around to yours and were chatting to a friend, oblivious to your existence as they picked out a book.
(I do not know your full story, so just improvising for now. As your narrator, I'll try and make sure I also follow all the rules that are expected of me as well as the stories plot.)
(Okay no problem)
I shook my head and tried immersing myself in the book...but the talking was drawing my focus away..."Hey can you please be quite?" i asked my left fist clenched.I brushed my hair out of my fast with it holding back..
idiot's we're in a library, your supposed to whisper i thought to myself grumble in my thoughts
s you turned the corner, you began hearing a wheel as if a cart was being dragged. A shadow flickered down the second left tunnel along the long tunnel you were currently in. You weren't even sure if you were going to find anything, or if this was a trick to get thieves lost.
Heph was a little doubtful she'd find anything, but she didn't have anything else to go on. Hoping that the sound came from the same tunnel she glimpsed the shadow at, she scurried on.
She took the second left tunnel.

(I have a feeling Dragon was being very nice to you. Tribes aren't trusted by society yet, they've been allowed back in, but they aren't trusted, bringing attention to yourself when you're not trusted really won't do a thing. Don't shoot the narrator. Everyone's getting the same treatment x3)
The two girls turned around, one put their hands on their hips, "Don't you get up all in our face, silly magic user. You don't have any place here." she did a hair flick with a glare at you. Both of them were dressed like popular girls. The librarian was now looking over, worried.

You went along the tunnel, it broke up into two again. The voice echoed, getting increasingly louder. You saw the shadow again, but it stayed for much longer this time.

(Oh that makes sense)
Popular, rich bratty girls, course they are. i put the book back onto the shelf and brushed my hair out of my face,A growl rose in my throat....disgusted i said,"Well it's a library and it's public so you can shut your pretty little mouths."i pondered if i could use magic to scare these little brats back into the tiny little mansion they lived in.

The librarian rushed over, "Now, girls, calm down. maybe it's best you leave.." she directed it at you. The girls gave you a glare, "yeah, get out of here, loser."

(What magic do i have? and how do i use it?)
With a huff a slammed the book shut.."hopefully you can fill those empty brains with knowledge while i'm not stinking up the library." i gently put the book back onto the shelf and walked out into the street mad...Frustrated i threw my hands in the air..why are most girls so....prissy? i asked myself

Heph dithered before quietly waving her finger between the two tunnels. To anyone else, she had lost it, but she was actually making an important decision using a really childish method, though she would not admit it. In her mind, she was saying 'Eeny, meeny, miny, moe, catch a tiger by the toe.'
Her finger stopped on the right tunnel. She took it.
Okay, accepted! ^^ (I really need to write down magic stuff aha)
Ilya jumped off a table in the tribe hall and patted you on the head happily, "Welcome, newbie! River, right?" she tilted her head to the side, looking down at you, "Give us a smile! Everything a bit messy right now, but it's no reason to be down in the dumps." she seemed overly happy and continued to hum to herself. The carved out hall had a bookshelf in the corner and a few tables with chairs scattered around.
Reminder ping.

(Be warned, continue and your character can get arrested and hard the tribe. Keep a low profile before you start causing trouble. Everyone is currently level 2 magic - they can only sense presence of their magic.)
The Liberian watched you go. The girls started whispering. They could cause trouble later on. So streets seemed duller, quieter than before. you were certainly getting more looks than before, they weren't the positive kind.
