So - I took a look at available options and I feel like I was able to work in something that everyone should feel quite positive about.
Two new fairly significant changes to the Festival Zone:
1. Level 60+ Enemy Difficulty has been adjusted. It has been both lowered and more properly scaled. It now uses a player's personal progress in the Lost Grove as the scaler and caps out at a noticeably lower ceiling than what it was previously set to. So not only is the scaling more accurate to a player's actual progress, but it is now also not as significant.
2. As an incentive and reward for using Level 60+ parties, any enemy that you defeat that's Level 60 or above now parses its entire drop table a bonus second time! This means that defeating 100 Level 59 enemies will yield the same loot chances at defeating 50 Level 60 enemies! And yes, this applies to Named as well!
Please just bear in mind that this is the first ever instance of 'Lost Grove'-type content available outside of the Lost Grove. I have warned before that doing such would be messy and complicated just because of how all of the years-old coding and everything is set up. It hasn't even been an entire week yet and balancing and such takes time. There is no way around it. Need data. Need time. Then need time to properly code in the changes. So just please keep that in mind and as always, I will do my best to keep things fair, fun, and balanced and do so as quickly as I can.

At this point, probably not.
Just going to get the Aeridini stuff finished up and probably get back to work on Lupora. And the ideas we had picked out will probably just be shelved for later.
