love the eyes, very handsome. great update :)

They're looking really good! However it seems that one issue wasn't addressed yet, and that's the issue of the wings on the female sprite blocking visual of the body markings. Would be nice if the view of body of the female were gene friendly like the male. Otherwise it will just cause people to prefer the males over the females in this case.

I do really love these, but as much as I do, I do think their tails are a bit on the skinny side? The base starts really skinny :/ (As I do digital art, I know you guys put in a lot of work to these sprites, but some minorities may need to be addressed) The female's wings get in the way of most of her body (as mentioned above), and uhm, I did like the eyes originally, but I will be able to warm up to the knew eyes :)

I think the smaller eyes look more realistic, but I prefer the bigger eyes. I also just noticed that the talons are super long. If you're going for realism, then the talons are too long to stand on comfortably.

However, I really love the realism changes to the feathers so things are less rounded and more random.

As you say you wont please everyone, those nitpicking about the tail? I mean we can have mutations of tail here people! I like them overall.

I kinda preffer the old design still, but nice to see the changes for the better made in the past months! I can't stop feeling their back legs are a bit too skinny? Probably it's just me though

Mm, the wing length edit is better. Like the eyes on the female more now, but I do agree with others it looks a little strange on the male.

Other edits about leg thickness and feather connection into the wings has been covered by scath :)

i feel like it could be a little fluffier like the origional sketches and the eyes coud be a little bigger and beadier

Oh my gosh I can't wait for the Bulbori revamp! They're one of my favorites, but like the Nytekries, they don't have much customization to offer.
