Lily placed the her third kit down, "Frozenkit, Mistykit and Shatteredkit" Blossom pointed at the white, grey then blue kit in line.

(But I was under a tree...? Ok, whatever. Confoosed. lol)
"Wow, beautiful names..." Silversong trailed off as she noticed the style of the names. "Clan cat names?"

Blossom glared and growled, "Lily insisted for some mousebrained reason." Lily stayed silent, keeping her head down and curled around the kits.

"Don't call Lily's reason a mousebrained one." Silversong scolded, then turned to Lily and her voice softened. "You know about the clans and their ways, then?"

Blossom snarled, narrowing her eyes. Her pelt bristled, "She does not. She just heard you muttering in your sleep one night."

"Well, Blossom, I'm afraid that doesn't concern you, wether Lily knows or not. Lily, do you want to change your name to match the format?" Silversong purrs, leaning in closer to see the sleeping kits.

Lily froze, a little unsure. She buried her head in the kits. Frozenkit wriggled. She seemed awake. Blossoms pelt was bristling more. She looked like she was trying not to snap

Another cat? she thought, surprised. She tried to find where the scent was coming from.

It went straight across the clearing. it was stale from a night before.

She cocked her head and glanced back at the ring of sleeping cats. She wanted to follow the scent trail, but she didnt want to make them worried.

It was stale anyway, they could be anywhere
