I love bread but I don't eat it very often. My mom also doesn't really like me eating it but she allows the rest of my family to eat it. I don't mind though because that means I can have soup for lunch a lot and I like soup more than bread :P

I don't really miss the teachers (except for my Spanish teacher and one of the class helpers) but I do really miss my friends and the rest of my class. I get to text my friends and everything but it isn't the same as seeing them in person. Wonderful thing is that I've had so much time on my hands that I reconnected with one of my best friends who switched schools so now I talk to him quite often.

I've been proud of my grades this year, I don't think I've gone below a B- at any point. I'm trying to get high honors for all four quarters so I can get a gift. I used to want a cat but we got two barn cats for Christmas and my mom refuses to buy me another bird. Oh well I have time to think about it.

My ela teacher also assigned reading in this book called Zlata's Diary good thing she extended to deadline for the question because I haven't started reading it yet >.<

I have a couple friends I can contact, but more of them that I can't....

I've... I've had 2 Fs... and a C... it's really low for the grades I used to get ;-;

y o o f good luck
In 6th grade we had to read the most boring book in existence, a decent one in 7th, politics in 8th, politics in 9th, more politics in 10th, then I dropped to the lower english that doesn't do required reading like that :T

I've had my english teacher since 6th grade and she used to make us read 5 books a quarter along with the group reading books. Now it's only 4 books a quarter and the group reading books. I usually finish my 4 books within the first two weeks of the quarter and by the end of the quarter I have around 8 books done.

The last book we read as a class was Lyddie and our teacher let us have a movie day and watch it in class after we finished which was nice. It took up our Spanish time though which sucked because I like Spanish class

Gross
Why make children read so much
There's no point
Can confirm, i c a n p r o b a b l y r e a d b y n o w
I've never taken Spanish, but I take french and that's fun
If we have a sub, the kids come to my table instead and ask questions like 0-0 i d o n t k n o w b u t o k a y
nah, it's fun, I like helping them and all, I just don't have all the answers like they seem to expect :T So, how's Spanish for you?

I have an 103 in it currently so I'd say pretty well. I haven't been doing the weekly assignments mostly because I'm not motivated enough to do them at home with all the distractions I have around me. Oh well.
We filled out what classes we wanted for high-school and I chose honors Spanish 1-2 and I'm kind of regretting it because it'll be a lot of work but I really do enjoy learning the language. Everyone else chose normal Spanish and then French as their second choice in case they wouldn't get Spanish but I chose Portuguese because it's basically just Spanish 2.0 right?

the kids in my class don't do their work and when they choose to do it they do it poorly so when they see my grades they always say I try too hard.

Yeh ;w; Very noice
We have someone who's first language is Spanish in our French class, and he gets really excited when there's a similarity in French and Spanish. He's really good and finds some pretty dank memes on the side :3

My dad was the only one who took AP french (french 5) and the teacher just said she had nothing else she could teach him, so they split the French 3 class and he taught the regular class while the teacher helped the struggling kids ;w; I could never be that good (he had an incredibly high IQ), but it makes me proud and I like sharing it

I had a kid call me a teacher's pet cuz I finished my quiz before anyone else in French. It happens, just do what you like. I'm afraid I don't actually try at french... it's just the weird way my mind makes connections, like that one guy who hit his head so hard it broke his brain and now he finds patterns in absolutely everything so he went from party dude to math nerd overnight? Only my brain was made broken uwu ... what I was trying to say before I got off track, you do you and do what you love, life's too short to worry about what others want you to do

We have this girl who speaks Spanish because her family comes from Guatemala but for some reason she doesn't get very good grades in Spanish...

That's awesome! I wish my parents were good at something other than English so I could learn faster. My dad tried to learn Spanish with me but I don't think he really took up on it. Maybe motivation issues run in the family. But yeah, that's really cool and I'd be proud if my dad was like a French professional.

I always worry when I finish math tests before people, in any other subject I'm pretty confident in it, but in math I always think that I've messed up because I finish so early. I don't really care about what my classmates say because I've been with the majority of them since Kindergarten and I know all our comments are lighthearted ^-^
